Entrepreneurship Development Professional (EDP) Exam

The exam will have 2 components:
- Multiple Choice Exam: October 19, 2023
- Project Assessment & Oral Exam: October 23, 24, 25, 2023
- Exam candidates will be asked to submit a brief project write-up and be ready to provide additional detail to the project assessment graders. Oral graders will assess and provide feedback. The Project Plan Template is located on the final 6 pages of the EDP Exam Application.
- Oral graders will ask additional questions not pertaining to the project to assess candidates on their knowledge of ELED topics.

Exam Transfer Fee
If an exam candidate requests to sit for an exam at a later date than what they had originally applied for, they will incur a fee of $100 if the request is made within 15 days of the original exam. Candidates may transfer their exam application up to one year from the exam date they originally applied for. Candidates will need to submit a new application and remit an additional application fee should they not sit for an exam within this timeframe.
Exam Cancellation Fee
If a candidate requests to cancel their application to sit for the certification exam within 15 days of the exam, they will lose their application payment and incur an additional fee of $100.
Application Forms
Completed EDP applications with payment must be submitted 30 days before the exam date. Candidates will be notified of their approval or non-approval status one month before their exam date.
